Experience & Industry Exposure
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field.
• Previous work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software especially in excel
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills.
Position: Executive Assistant
Reports to HOD
• Act as single point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
• Manage information flow timely and accurately
• Manage executives, calendars and set up meetings
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
• Maintain daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
• Manage office supply inventory
• Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports
• Take minutes during meetings
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Organize and maintain office filing system
