Skills Required:

Experience & Industry Exposure


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field.

Previous work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar.

Excellent organizational skills.

Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software especially in excel

Ability to work as part of a team.

High-level written and verbal communication skills.


Position: Executive Assistant


Reports to HOD


Act as single point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners

Manage information flow timely and accurately

Manage executives, calendars and set up meetings 

Make travel and accommodation arrangements 

Maintain daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports 

Manage office supply inventory 

Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports

Take minutes during meetings

Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence 

Organize and maintain office filing system
