Hiring for Key Accounts Manager
Headquarter - Guwahati and need to cover entire North East.
Job Profile
- To be an Effective Scientific Sales
Executive by promoting the company products to Doctors
·
Establishing
the concepts of all products on promotion and effectively communicating it
inside the call.
·
Effectively
utilizing the selling skills to generate the demand from the customers
·
Effectively
executing the plan agreed with scientific sales Manager
·
Achievement
of Sales as well as Activity Targets
·
Undergoing
Sales Monthly Sales Closing with Distributor handling and closely with them
·
Develop
KOLs on basis of business and clinical interests
·
Focusing
on updating one's knowledge and skill
·
Conducting
CMEs/Nursing Programs and group meetings as agreed.
·
Ready
to travel within HQ, Ex station and Out Station working
·
Have
strong leadership skills to work with Team
·
Eager
to provide patient service at home
·
Working
time schedule- NA depends on the time when Customer provides call.
Requirement
- Key Account Manager
·
2-6
years experience in Hospital business
·
Have
the experience of working in Corporate Hospitals/ Nursing Homes/ Government
Hospitals- ESI Hospital, Army, Railway hospital
·
Worked
in ICU/NICU/Wards/ Minor OT/ OT an added advantage
·
Prior
experience with Nurses, Nursing Superintendant, OT technicians an added
advantage
· Have promoted products with Plastic surgeons; General surgeons, ICU Heads, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Cardiac surgeons an added advantage
